Sage & Savvy

Savvy Launch is a landing page builder for holistic wellness practitioners, operated by Sage & Savvy, a brand of Crunchy Buzz. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy, we mean Sage & Savvy and Crunchy Buzz.
Airtable account email. When you connect your Airtable account through our “Connect Your Airtable” button, Airtable shares your email address with us. We store this email to identify who published each page and to manage your publishing access.
Landing page content. The text, images, and other content you enter in your Airtable base is read by our app when you build your page. We do not store a copy of your raw Airtable data — we only use it to generate your landing page.
Published page data. When you publish a landing page, the generated HTML and any images from your Airtable base are stored on our servers (hosted by Supabase) so your page can be served to visitors. Your design settings (template choice, accent color, logo mode) are also saved so they can be restored when you return to edit.
Workshop registration. If you register for a Savvy Launch Workshop through Stripe, we receive your name, email, phone number, and payment confirmation from Stripe. This information is stored in our CRM (Airtable) to manage your workshop enrollment.
Waitlist signups. If you join our waitlist, we collect your name and email address and store them in our CRM to notify you when spots open up.
Quiz results. If you take our readiness quiz and opt into a follow-up reminder, we store your name, email, quiz result profile, and your chosen follow-up date. Individual quiz answers are not stored.
Savvy Launch uses Airtable’s official OAuth system to connect to your base. This means you log in to Airtable directly and grant us read-onlyaccess — we can see your data but cannot change, delete, or write anything in your Airtable. We request access to your records, your base structure (table and field names), and your email address. No other permissions are requested.
We do not store your Airtable access token. It is used once during your session to read your data, then discarded. You can revoke our access at any time from your Airtable account settings under “Connected integrations.”
We use the following third-party services to operate Savvy Launch. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:
Airtable — stores workshop registration and contact data (Airtable Privacy Policy). Supabase — hosts published landing pages, images, and design settings (Supabase Privacy Policy). Stripe — processes workshop payments; we never see or store your full credit card number (Stripe Privacy Policy). Vercel — hosts the Savvy Launch application (Vercel Privacy Policy). Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics — used on some practitioner pages (only when the practitioner has opted in) to understand how visitors interact with the page. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We use the information we collect to: generate and host your landing page, manage your workshop enrollment, send a single follow-up reminder if you opted in through the quiz, identify the publisher of each page for account management, and improve our services. We do not sell your data. We do not run drip campaigns or email blasts.
The Savvy Launch admin app uses a session cookie to keep you logged into the admin area. This cookie expires after 8 hours and contains no personal data. We use UTM parameters in URLs to understand which marketing channels bring visitors to our workshop page — these are URL-based and do not use cookies.
You have the right to request deletion of all your data at any time. To do so, email info@crunchybuzz.comwith the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will permanently remove your published page, mirrored images, design settings, gallery consent records, and any associated account data. We will confirm completion by email.
If you would like to disconnect Savvy Launch from your Airtable account, you can do so at any time from your Airtable account settings under “Connected integrations” — no need to contact us.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including using encrypted connections (HTTPS), server-side-only storage of sensitive credentials, and access controls on our hosting infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with care.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect how we handle your data, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users.
